Greenish tone with reflections of bright straw. Lots of minerality, green apples and apricots. It also has notes of oyster combined with citrus fruit. Overall, it is fine and delicate. Creamy attack full of concentration, with refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and prolonged, bringing notes of minerality and sea again.
