Full- bodied. 14,5%. Dense and complex nose, ripe fruit and balsamic. Full and vigorous mouth, balanced with great personality. Ideal with cheese, red meet, roasts. These wines are obtained after fermentation at controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequent ageing for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
